A small gathering is considered 25 individuals or less. Which comes up a lot in a small town. The fee is $40 per hour and requires a 4 hour minimum with a $30 cleaning fee. It includes tables, chairs and access to our 75" TV. 50% of total cost is required to reserve your date.

Medium Size Parties

Medium parties are ideal for large family reunions and gatherings of 25 to 50 people. The fee is $65 per hour and requires a 4 hour minimum with a $60 cleaning fee. It includes tables, chairs and access to our 75" TV. 50% of the total cost is required to reserve your date.

Large Celebrations

Large Celebrations
When you need space for 50 to 75 people, the fee is $90 per hour with a 4 hour minimum and $80 cleaning fee.
Or if even more need to come...
100 people is our maximum at $140 per hour with a $125 cleaning fee.
It includes tables, chairs and access to our 75" TV. 50% of the total cost is required to reserve your date.

A catering space is available with chafing tins, and coffee service.
Linens are available to rent as well.
Damage Deposits are refunded to you when you return the space in the condition it was received.

If you are planning on serving alcohol you will need to obtain a banquet permit from the State Liquor Control Board. Event Insurance is a state wide requirement. Please let us know if you require an affordable resource.
